Agreement
Cusp accounts, AI features, and billing are provided for authorized users of the Cusp editor. Use of the service must follow the account, payment, and acceptable-use terms attached to your workspace. By creating an account or using the product, you accept these terms.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for the credentials, sessions, and seats associated with your account. Keep sign-in details private, and remove workspace members who should no longer have access. We may suspend accounts that compromise the security or integrity of the service.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew on a monthly basis and include the quotas shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which the account returns to the free plan. Quota allowances reset each period and do not roll over.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and in ways that do not disrupt it for others. Do not attempt to circumvent quotas or authentication, probe or overload the service, or use it to produce or distribute malicious code.
AI-generated output
Cusp produces suggestions, edits, and reviews generated by AI models. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it or shipping it. The service and its output are provided as-is, without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.
Support and changes
For billing or account questions, sign in to your Cusp dashboard and use the support contact configured for your workspace. We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be noted on this page before they take effect.
