Overview
Cusp uses your account details, subscription state, and product usage records to authenticate the editor, enforce quotas, and keep workspace features available to authorized users. This policy describes what we process and why, in plain terms.
What we collect
We collect the information you provide when creating an account — email address and an optional display name — together with subscription and billing state, and usage counters such as workspace messages and editor assists. Diagnostic records generated while the product runs are kept to the minimum needed to operate the service reliably.
How we use it
Account data authenticates the editor and the web dashboard. Usage records enforce plan quotas and surface consumption on your billing page. Aggregated, de-identified signals help us understand reliability and improve the product. We do not sell personal information.
Tokens and credentials
Account tokens should stay inside the signed-in product experience. Do not place tokens in URLs or share them outside your workspace. IDE sign-in uses short-lived, one-time handoff codes so raw credentials never travel through the browser address bar.
Retention and deletion
We retain account and usage data while your account remains active and for as long as required to meet billing and legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account data, after which it is removed from active systems within a reasonable period.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes in a way that affects how your data is handled, we will note the update here. For privacy questions, sign in to your Cusp dashboard and use the support contact configured for your workspace.
