Accessibility Statement

Our accessibility goals for Cusp's apps and website, known limitations, and how to ask for help.

Обновлено

We want everyone to be able to use Cusp, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification, voice control or other assistive technologies.

Our target

We aim for the website (cusp.run), the web app (app.cusp.run), the desktop app and the iOS app to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, and to follow Apple's accessibility guidelines on macOS and iOS.

What we do

  • Everything in the apps can be done from the keyboard, with visible focus and documented shortcuts.
  • We use semantic HTML and accessible components, label controls, and test with VoiceOver.
  • We respect reduced-motion, contrast and text-size preferences, and offer light and dark themes.
  • Colour is never the only way we show status.
  • On iOS, we support Dynamic Type and VoiceOver.

Known limitations

[TO BE COMPLETED FROM AUDIT.] For example: some parts of the diff viewer and terminal output may be hard to navigate with a screen reader; animated illustrations on the website are decorative and paused when you prefer reduced motion.

How we tested

[TO BE COMPLETED.] This statement was prepared on [DATE] based on [a self-assessment / an audit by NAME] of [pages and screens tested], using [tools, for example axe, Lighthouse, VoiceOver on macOS and iOS].
